Vest manufacturing system

We're exploring designs for a custom 1.2 meter vest manufacturing system to increase production efficiencies. The preliminary design renders we recieved were so cool looking that I felt obliged to share them here. This system will allow us to laminate, seal, and cut with milimeter accuracy in a single operation. From this stage, the vests go directly to folding and packaging. A single line can produce about 10,000 units in a single 8-hour shift (2.5M/yr), and we can add as many lines as necessary to fulfill demand.

We'll be adding additional products to the XeroGear product family, and using similar systems for production. Stay tuned.
